To amend the bill on page 4, section 3, line 47 by adding thereto a new subsection (g):

“(g) "No elected or appointed state official  may invest in the West Virginia Impact Fund or benefit directly from any action of the Investment Committee or the Mountaineer Impact Office during his or her service or within four years of the termination of his or her service."
